The program aims to support all children 0-3 years old with or without a diagnosis to transition to an early childhood setting (preschool or long day care). Key elements of the program are transition support including up to six visits to the child’s new early childhood education and care setting, and face-to-face visits to mainstream playgroups to provide parent / carer education and support success. The program is available throughout Sydney metropolitan area including South East Sydney.
