The Albion Centre Ankali Project provides training for volunteers to support socially isolated people living with HIV. Volunteer commitment includes a weekly or fortnightly engagement with an Ankali client. Most clients reside in South Eastern Sydney and Sydney Local Health Districts. Applications close Friday, 21 August.
Training will be held in October.

St George & Sutherland Shire: Seeking Volunteers for Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme
St George Careers Development Centre (SGDC) is seeking volunteers for the Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme. The Scheme encourages people 18 years and over to provide friendship to isolated residents in Aged Care Homes. Volunteers visit once per fortnight for about one hour, one-to-one with a suitable resident. Training provided.

Breakfast Club Volunteering Opportunity (Jannali)
Better Connected Community Services is seeking volunteers for its Breakfast Club – helping children begin their day feeling ready and supported. Support includes setting up the venue, preparing breakfast for the children (toast and cereal), and packing up and cleaning the workspace afterwards.
