AusAlert is a new Australian Government national warning system that sends emergency messages to compatible mobile devices to help keep people informed and better prepared during local and national emergencies. On Monday, 27 July, 2pm, a test alert will be sent to all mobile devices in Australia.

In Greater Sydney and the Illawarra only 10 properties were affordable for any households living on income support payments. None were affordable for a family with two children on JobSeeker.
