Choose to Move Program for Over 50s (Engadine)

Researchers at the University of Sydney are running this program for adults 50+ years who want to become more active – no matter their current fitness level. It includes one-to-one action planning with an activity coach, and coach-led group meetings to learn about various health topics and connect with others.

Saver Plus

Financial education program that matches participants’ savings dollar-for-dollar, up to $500. It assists individuals and families on lower incomes to develop long-term saving habits and reach a savings goal. Participants are paired with a savings coach and make regular deposits towards an agreed goal over a 10-month period.
