Online support for people with mild mental health challenges, with guided support from trained practitioners using Low-intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (LiCBT) through online tools. People can get guided support during phone or video sessions to help manage anxiety, low moods, and everyday challenges.

Women’s Domestic Violence Court Hearing Information Sessions (Sutherland)

The Family Co. – Southern Sydney Women’s Domestic Violence Court Advocacy Service sessions, facilitated in conjunction with local Police Prosecutors and Domestic Violence Liaison Officers, to provide information about what to expect at a Hearing, experience sitting in a Court Room and ask questions about the Hearing process, and speak with a Specialist Worker.
Third Thursday of the month, until 15 October, 1pm-3pm
