Sesame Workshop, the nonprofit organisation behind Sesame Street, has released a new collection of digital tools, including videos and activities featuring Sesame Street characters, to support children’s emotional wellbeing. The resources aim to help kids build resilience, overcome daily challenges, and improve their problem-solving skills.

A short video from Melissa Roberts Foundation and partners with a message designed to encourage children (typically around the ages of 7-12 years) experiencing trauma or hearing voices as a result of significant pain and suffering (trauma) at the hands of others, to reach out to trusted adults.

Self-Advocacy for Everyone (SAFE) Helpdesk

The SAFE Helpdesk is part of Inclusion Australia’s Self Advocacy for Everyone (SAFE) project, which works to strengthen and support self-advocacy in Australia. It aims to help people with disability and self-advocacy groups connect with each other across Australia. It provides advice, support, training, and resources.

The Ian Potter Foundation Community Wellbeing & Public Health Grants Expression of Interest (EOI)

Multi-year grants of a minimum of $100,000 per year in the following categories:
 Community Wellbeing: Initiatives delivered by organisations supporting people with disabilities, or otherwise marginalised individuals, primarily with the objective to secure employment pathways.
 Public Health: Community-led implementation of public health measures that aim to improve the long-term health and wellbeing outcomes of communities.
