Online Parenting Program: 1-2-3 Magic & Emotion Coaching

South Eastern Community Connect (SECC) parenting program for parents/carers of children 4-12 years living in Bayside, City of Sydney, Randwick, Woollahra or Waverley LGAs. The program teaches calm, consistent strategies to manage challenging child behaviour and use emotion coaching to help children regulate their emotions.

Healthy & Active Families Program (Arncliffe)

South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) – Equity & Prevention Service program for parents/carers with practical strategies to support their primary school aged children to be healthy, active and happy. Children will participate in fun games, cooking, and mindfulness activities. In English, with in-language support for families from culturally diverse backgrounds.

New Dates: Free Childhood Immunisation Clinics (Rockdale, Hurstville & Caringbah)

South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) clinics offer all the recommended free vaccines due for babies and children from 6 weeks to 4 years, and will help families finding it difficult to make an appointment with a bulk-billing GP. They also offer catch-up vaccinations for any children who have missed their previous doses. No Medicare required. Bookings recommended.
