Georges River Council Winter Relief Drive: Backpacks for New Beginnings

In collaboration with Platform Nine, Georges River Council is seeking backpack donations filled with essentials and small comforts to support people seeking refuge this winter. There is a special need for men’s and boys’ items, including toiletries, socks, beanies, non-perishable food, colouring supplies, and small toys.

Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) has opened applications for Community Field Officers for the Census 2026. Community Field Officers support people from all cultures and communities to complete their Census form. They provide information about the Census and help people in-person to complete their form.
