Interrelate Term 4 programs to support children and families (Caringbah & online)

Building Connections (self-paced or via Zoom): to support separated parents practice positive ways of parenting.
Circle of Security: to support and strengthen secure parent-child relationships, for parents with children 0-6, but may also help with older children.
Kids Building Bridges: designed to focus on children’s resilience and provide strategies to assit through family separation.
Making Choices: focusing on anger, this program is designed for people who identify with using unhelpful behaviours in response to their emotions.
Parents not Partners (in person or via Zoom): to engage separated parents in entrenched conflict in a process of reflection and awareness-raising, to focus on the best interest of their children.
Understanding the Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) Process: workshop for separated parents and other family members who intend to participate in FDR to resolve disputes.
Seasons for Growth: for children 6-12 who have experience grief and loss.
Tuning into Teens: to help parents and caregivers maintain positive relationships with their pre-teens and teenagers.
