Physical Health Support for People Experiencing Severe Mental Illness (Randwick – Out of area & Telehealth)

Central & Eastern Sydney Primary Health Network’s Keeping the Body in Mind – Primary (KBIM-p) Program provides physical health support to individuals 18-75 living with severe mental illness, who are not currently managed by public mental health services, living in the Central & Eastern Sydney Primary Health Network region (includes South Eastern Sydney Local Health District). The program includes consultations with an exercise physiologist or dietitian, and home-based exercise programs. GPs or mental health professionals can refer.
