People with Disability Australia (PWDA) provides non-legal individual advocacy support to people with disability of all ages. Advocates can assist navigating problems with support providers or NSW government services, including health, housing or education. Advocates can support speaking up about breaches of rights, unfair treatment, or disability discrimination. PWDA advocacy is available to anyone self-identifying with a disability, regardless of Disability Support Pension (DSP) or National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) status.
