South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) South Eastern Sydney Recovery & Wellbeing College Term 1 2026 offers recovery and wellbeing courses for people 16 and over living in the SESLHD catchment area. This includes people with a lived experience of mental distress or suicidal crisis and their families, carers and support people, as well as NSW Health staff, volunteers and students in SESLHD.
