South Eastern Community Connect (SECC) program for parents/carers of children 4-12 years living in City of Sydney, Bayside or Randwick LGAs. The program promotes anti-fragile thinking skills, resilience, and an understanding of how anxiety develops. Parents emerge with more confidence to help children manage difficult emotions.
