Delivered in Cantonese by Lilly Pilly Counselling, this group is funded by Central & Eastern Sydney Primary Health Network (CESPHN) to assist clients in the CESPHN catchment areas who suffer from severe anxiety and depression. Topics the group will explore include introduction to mindfulness, and understanding basic depression and anxiety disorders. Eligibility criteria: severe and persistent mental illness (not currently receiving NDIS funding).
