Better Health Company and partners’ Think, Eat and Move is for young people 13-17 in LGAs including Bayside, Georges River and Sutherland Shire, to participate in evidence-based, health coaching sessions, focusing on building confidence and health literacy in areas like nutrition, physical activity, screentime management, and self-esteem.

Your Voice, Our Future – Survey for Young People to Help Guide NSW Government
Young people 14-24 years are encouraged to participate in NSW Government’s Your Voice, Our Future survey to help shape youth policies and programs. The survey results will guide the government on key issues and contribute to creating a permanent youth voice within the NSW Government.
