St George & Sutherland Shire Dementia Alliance is holding this expo on Thursday, 24 September, 10am-12pm, Kirrawee. It is aimed at community members living with dementia and their carers, to provide face-to-face access to organisations with information and services which can support them. Dementia Australia Café Connect provides an opportunity for people in Sutherland and St George with a diagnosis of dementia and their carers to come together, share experiences, and make new friends.
