St George & Sutherland Shire Dementia Alliance is holding this expo on Thursday, 24 September, 10am-12pm, Kirrawee. It is aimed at community members living with dementia and their carers, to provide face-to-face access to organisations with information and services which can support them. Parliament of NSW Select Committee interim report identifies significant systemic gaps – the committee emphasises the critical need for early investment, locally embedded community services, and seamless navigation for families. It makes 17 recommendations for the NSW Government to strengthen community-based care and address geographic and cultural inequities.
