Exercise classes for over 60s
South Eastern Sydney Local Health District’s Strengthening for Over 60s program provides strength and balance classes for most fitness levels to help maintain independence. Delivered by exercise professionals on various days at community venues in Bayside, Georges River & Sutherland LGAs.
