Mental Health Australia – Embrace Multicultural Mental Health has released three new translated fact sheets on Anxiety, Depression and Getting Professional Mental Health Help, available in 18 languages. Developed to support people from multicultural backgrounds to better understand mental health and access appropriate support.

The scholarship provides access to financial, cultural, mentoring, and other supports for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students studying in health, including access to up to $15,000 per annum (full-time) for the normal duration of the course. Brotherhood of St Laurence is helping Australians navigate rising living costs with its new interactive Living Costs tool, connecting people to practical financial information and support. The resource is designed to help households manage everyday financial pressures while improving access to trusted guidance and services.

The GROW program is a peer-to-peer support group that allows participants to connect with others who understand, share experiences, and support one another – all while working on mental wellbeing using GROW’s peer led program.
