Blue Knot Foundation’s new Professional Development Training Calendar focuses on providing professionals with the skills, tools and knowledge needed to work with people who have experienced complex trauma. TAFE NSW Gymea offers alternatives to school-based study for students wishing to start studies for Years 10+. Classes start in February, with information sessions in November and December:
– Year 10 Study Pathway: for students 15 years and over looking for an alternative pathway to further education, training, and qualifications.
– Certificate IV in Tertiary Preparation: Year 12 style delivery, with an emphasis on skills-based learning as well as discipline-specific content.

NSW Department of Education’s Elsa Dixon Aboriginal Employment Grant 2024/2025 invites NSW public service agencies and NSW local government authorities to apply for grants from $10,000 to $40,000, to subsidise the salary, development and support costs of Aboriginal employees.
