iPhone & iPad Course (Gymea)

Gymea Community Aid & Information Services’ iPhone & iPad Course participants will learn how to take great photos and share them safely, navigate the Internet, post information online, download and remove apps, and keep their data safe. Open to all ages and abilities.

South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD)’s South Eastern Sydney Recovery & Wellbeing College Term 4 offers free recovery and wellbeing courses for people 16 and over living in the SESLHD catchment area. This includes people with a lived experience of mental distress or suicidal crisis and their families, carers and support people, as well as NSW Health staff, volunteers and students in SESLHD.

One Meal Sutherland Shire Services

One Meal Sutherland Shire Services offers Free Community Meals. Meal service patrons are also provided with breakfast packs to take away, and further assisted where possible with clothing items, blankets, toiletries etc.
