South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) Bulbuwil Healthy Living and partners are holding a community games day, and to get healthier and fitter in the lead-up, a ten-week training plan is being sent out weekly (choose from boxing; water group; gym group; Pilates; walk & circuit group; and an online workout program).
